Once an invoice is finalised, it is stored as a PDF in the immutable archive — subsequent changes are ruled out by the system. Cancelled invoices do not disappear either; they remain on record. On top there is a dedicated, equally tamper-proof document store for contract attachments.

Who, when, what — with diffs
