Common questions before reaching out

  • How quickly will I get a response?
    Within one business day — usually faster. For urgent requests, please use „urgent" in the subject line.
  • Can I see a demo with my own data?
    Yes. After a short kick-off we set up a sandbox tenant and, on request, import demo data tailored to your requirements.
  • What happens to my data after I submit the form?
    The message is stored in our Directus database (Hetzner Germany); two notification emails are sent via Postmark (EU region Dublin) — one to our team, one to you as confirmation. Form submissions are automatically deleted after 90 days (Directus flow).
  • Can you also clarify legal compliance questions?
    Technical questions on GDPR, ArbZG and 21 CFR Part 11 — gladly. Representation before authorities or courts is out of scope; for that we refer you to specialised lawyers with pharma experience.
