    CSV import with wizard: contacts, organisations and deals including alias mapping. Custom fields are mapped during migration. On request we support the import — just ask.
  • Can I use my own business email?
    Yes. IMAP/SMTP with presets for Gmail and Outlook, plus a generic profile for any other provider. The inbox is connected and tested before saving. Emails are automatically linked to contacts and deals.
  • What does lumen.crm cost?
    The plan structure (Free, Starter, Growth, Pro) is implemented via Stripe with monthly and yearly cycles. Exact pricing is aligned during the demo — based on team size, required features and pilot conditions.
  • Is there a Zapier or Make integration?
    Not natively — but the REST API (Pro plan, OpenAPI 3 documented) and outbound webhooks allow connecting to any automation tool. Native Zapier/Make integrations are on the roadmap.
  • How does lumen.crm handle duplicates?
    On contact and deal creation, similar entries are detected and suggested for merging. Existing duplicates can be searched and cleaned in the contacts module. Custom fields are preserved on merge.
  • Is there a mobile app?
    Not natively at the moment. The frontend is responsive and works in mobile browsers (including pipeline drag-and-drop). Native iOS/Android apps are not part of the current roadmap — on the list for 2027.
