How does the bundle discount work?
As soon as you use two Lumen products in parallel, the price of every booked product is reduced by 15 %. From three products onward, the discount on the total price is 25 %. Discounts are applied automatically in the monthly invoice.What does the trial look like?
30 days of full access to every plan. No credit card required. You decide at the end whether to book — no automatic conversion into a paid plan.Monthly or annual billing?
Both are available. Annual billing reduces the price by 10 %. The contract term is 12 months for Starter and Professional, 24 months for Enterprise.Are there discounts for non-profits, education or startups?
Yes. Non-profit organisations and educational institutions receive −30 %, startups (founded less than 3 years ago, under 20 employees) −25 %. Pilot customers (first 5 per product on a 12-month term) receive −40 %.What happens when we grow or shrink?
Billing adjusts monthly to the actual user count. For larger changes we walk through the configuration together so the plan fits the team.
