Yes — upgrading to a higher plan is built into the product's plan management. Downgrade details are agreed individually; your data is retained either way.Which roles does lumen.tm have?
Managers and team members, derived from the seat role. Managers see amounts and run closings; team members track hours — rates and totals stay hidden from them.
