Pricing questions

Common questions about the plans

  • When will prices be published?
    The Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans are set; the price points are in commercial approval. Until publication we share conditions in the demo call — including possible pilot terms.
  • How is billing handled?
    Per seat and month, on a monthly or yearly cycle, via Stripe. Enterprise conditions are agreed individually.
  • Can I change plans later?
    Yes — upgrading to a higher plan is built into the product's plan management. Downgrade details are agreed individually; your data is retained either way.
  • Which roles does lumen.tm have?
    Managers and team members, derived from the seat role. Managers see amounts and run closings; team members track hours — rates and totals stay hidden from them.
