    With the 7-step onboarding most teams are productive within two to three business days. Add employees, choose working-time models, link the DATEV tenant, distribute the web clock-in link — done.
  • Is the Starter plan really enough?
    Up to 25 employees and a single location: yes. As soon as shift planning, multiple locations or hardware terminals are needed, switching to Professional is worthwhile. The change is possible on a daily basis without data loss.
  • What does it cost?
    Per active employee per month — current prices are on the pricing page. When billed annually there is a 10 % discount.
  • Do we need our own IT to roll this out?
    No. lumen.hr runs as SaaS in our Hetzner data centre in Germany — no servers, no updates, no backups for you to maintain.
