How is billing handled?
Per active employee per month, invoiced monthly or annually. Inactive (archived) employees are not billed.What happens when the team grows?
Billing adjusts when new active employees are added. A plan change is only required if user numbers, locations or required features exceed the current plan.Is there a free trial period?
Yes, all plans are free to try for 30 days, no credit card required. You can sign up directly or book a demo first — on request we set up a sandbox tenant with matching demo data.What if I have more than 5 locations?
If you need more than 5 locations, the Enterprise plan is intended for that. The transition is handled together with you and existing data is preserved.Are there discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?
Yes. Through our discount programmes there are reductions for startups (–25 % when founded less than 3 years ago and up to 20 employees), pilot customers (–40 %, first 5 per product) and non-profits and educational institutions (–30 % on proof). When billed annually an additional –10 % is applied.
