Routing rules
Leads go to the right person — without thinking
Round-robin, industry, region, deal size, source — routing rules allow any combination. New leads are assigned instantly, appear in the owner's dashboard and as an in-app notification.

Scoring
Priority as a number, not a gut feeling
Score is calculated from company size, industry, interaction history and custom fields. Hot leads sit on top of the inbox, cold leads at the bottom. Prevents attention from sticking with the loudest lead.
- Score 0–100, configurable via rules and weights
- Hot (≥ 75), Warm (40–74), Cold (< 40) with colour markers
- Score history visible — see how a lead climbed
- Manual override possible, but with an audit log entry
Lifecycle

Lead arrives via form, inbound email or manually. Duplicates are detected and suggested for merging.
Qualification
Owner checks data, fills in custom fields, sets status (“contacted”, “qualified”, “not a fit”).
Conversion
One click turns the lead into a deal plus contact plus optionally an organisation. History stays linked.
