Presets for Gmail and Outlook save IMAP/SMTP configuration time. For custom providers there is a generic profile. Before saving, the connection is actually opened and tested — no half-finished setups.

- TLS/STARTTLS enforced — no plaintext credentials
- Pre-save connectivity check: auth, INBOX readable, send test

Open and click tracking show whether recipients read the email and which links they clicked. Multiple opens are counted. Templates with variables save typing time for recurring text.
