Reporting

KPIs that do not smell of Excel busywork

Four KPI cards aggregate instantly: overdue, blocked, at risk, completed this week — with a trend arrow to last week. Everything derived from the tasks, no manual report-table maintenance.

Mock Dashboard

Weekly trend

Tasks completed per week — eight weeks back

A Chart.js line chart shows how many tasks were completed per week. Eight weeks back, hover-ready data points, drill-down to the specific tasks per week.

  • Aggregation per ISO week — no time-zone distortion
  • Moving average optionally shown as a second line
  • Filter by project, owner or label
  • Export the data series as CSV for board slides

Burndown

Four-week burndown of open tasks

How many open tasks existed four weeks ago? How many now? The burndown line makes the trend visible. Ideal line (steady completion) shown as reference behind it.

  • Actual burndown as a solid line, ideal as a dashed reference
  • Re-open events (task reopened) become visible
  • Colour-coded zones: on track, at risk, off track
  • Scope per project or workspace-wide

KPI cards

Four cards, four questions

  • Overdue tasks

All tasks whose due date has passed and which are not marked as done. Drill-down filters the task list directly.

  • Blocked tasks

Tasks with status “blocked” — typically queued on external deliveries or decisions.

  • At-risk milestones

Milestones with a deadline in < 7 days and progress < 50 %. Early warning before the deadline drops.

  • Completed this week

Absolute number plus trend arrow to the previous week. The only KPI with a real trend (the other three lack a historically persistent baseline).
