Shift types
Five standard types, configurable per tenant
The most common shift models are preconfigured. Custom shift types can be added per tenant.
Early shift
Configurable start and end times, automatic surcharge detection.
Day shift
Standard working-time model for office and daytime operations.
Late shift
Afternoon to evening shift with automatic late surcharge.
Night shift
Night-shift surcharge under § 3b EStG calculated automatically.
On-call
On-call duty with separate billing logic.
Handover protocol
What got done, what is open, what is missing
Every shift can include documented handovers — what got done, what is open, what the next shift needs. Pending handovers appear as a dashboard widget in the following shift.
