Rotting detection

Stagnation, before the deal dies

Configure rotting days per stage. If a deal stays in the same stage longer than X days without activity, it is flagged yellow — and after 2× X, red. Prevents old deals from cluttering the pipeline.

  • Rotting threshold per stage (e.g. Discovery: 7 days, Proposal: 14 days)
  • Last activity timestamp defines “fresh”
  • Yellow → yellow stripe, red → red stripe on the deal card
  • Filter “rotting only” isolates problematic deals

What a deal card carries

  • Products & amounts

    Products from the catalogue, quantities, unit prices. Total amount is automatically weighted against the stage probability.

  • History & emails

    Timeline with all activities, linked emails, status changes and custom-field changes.

  • Loss reasons

    On a “lost” marker a required field with structured reasons appears. The basis for later loss analysis.
