Tasks can have subtasks. Bulk actions allow status changes, milestone assignment or deletion for multiple tasks at once. Global search finds tasks across projects from 2 characters.

Activity log
Who changed what and when?
Every change to tasks, projects, milestones or resources lands in the workspace- and project-wide activity log. Append-only, filterable by type/user/period, paginated. The basis for audit questions and retros.
- Append-only — no role can change retroactively
- Before/after snapshot per change
- Filter by actorId, entity type and period
- Pagination with stable cursor keys, no skip-offset

Four statuses, clear transitions
In progress
A team member is actively working on it. Shown in teal on the timeline and counted as an active task on the dashboard.
Blocked
External dependency, missing decision, sickness-related absence. Surfaces on the KPI dashboard as a risk card.
