DATEV, SAP, IMAP/SMTP, NFC terminals, webhooks and REST API — productive integrations for accounting, ERP, communication and time tracking. New integrations are added based on customer demand.

DATEV
Payroll export from lumen.hr directly into DATEV Lohn und Gehalt. UTF-8 with BOM, Excel-compatible, preview before export.
SAP
SAP PS for project management (lumen.pmo Enterprise) and SAP HR integration (lumen.hr Enterprise). Transfer of master data and project structures.
IMAP / SMTP
Connect your own mailboxes to lumen.crm — Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or custom IMAP. Emails are automatically attached to the right contact.
NFC terminals
Time tracking via NFC card in lumen.hr. Standard terminals are supported out of the box, clock in by card or PIN.
Webhooks
Event-driven connection to your own systems. Create, update or delete events are delivered in real time.
REST API
Complete REST interface for all Lumen products. OAuth 2.0, JSON, documented endpoints, sandbox environment on request.

Build your own connection
Every Lumen product is accessible via a REST API, complemented by webhooks for live events. If a standard integration is missing, we support you in building it — including sandbox access and test accounts.
